Yes. We offer FREE international shipping for orders over $30.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Typically, orders take 3 business days to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm the fulfillment process has begun within 3 business days. Once your item is dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks. It may be longer for orders placed outside of Australia.

 

I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
In order for us to get your item to you as soon as possible, we will send items separately if anything is out of stock or on backorder, don't worry, there will not be any additional shipping costs to do this. We also engage various manufacturers and therefore sometimes shipments may be sent directly to you from different locations.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please contact us at susanna@thepompommery.com and we will do our best to resolve. Please note we cannot be held responsible for items undelivered due to an incorrect address being entered or the post office/courier not being contacted when you have received a notice of non-delivery.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a 45 day return policy and will provide refunds on items that are broken, damaged or not to your expectation. Please note, the 45 days begin from the date of your invoice.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us:
  • Contact us: susanna@thepompommery.com to obtain a return address
  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  • Cover your address label with our return address
  • Return the package by using your local Post Office who will advise cost and obtain proof of postage.
  • Keep your postage receipt safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
  • We recommend using tracking as we will not be held accountable for undelivered items.
